JustMOVE's mission is to offer a fitness game app that creates positive impacts, not only on the health of its users, but also, on the planet by offsetting the carbon footprint of its players.

Make An Impact gave its name to the utility token of the JustMOVE app, the MKI token.

To motivate users to improve their health and that of the planet, a point system called Eco has been introduced in the app.

JustMOVE's WORLD

JustMOVE is a gamified fitness World encompassing physical world, VR fitness as well as the Metaverse. We seek to create an immersive experience for all Players to enjoy their preferred workouts, in real world and virtual reality, and earn rewards and tokens exchangeable in a sustainable manner between the different Actors. The ultimate vision is to create a real fusion between those worlds of the ecosystem, the JustMOVE World.

As further explained in the Actor section of the Whitepaper, each Actor has a specific role to play and a valuable contribution to bring to the community. The more accurately and actively this role is performed, the more rewards are collected, since our fair play system grants proportional earning to the contributions made.

Furthermore, JustMOVE Metaverse is the cornerstone of this fusion between the worlds: Players are invited in the Metaverse to take real world challenges in order to unlock doors and features in the Metaverse. One they achieve such challenges; they unlock hidden spaces and features in the Metaverse.

We believe that the contribution of the various types of Actors in the ecosystem is of utmost importance to the success of the fitness Game. Each Player has his own role to play that fits the overall objective of having a complete ecosystem, self-sustainable while offering interoperability with others, with the vision of achieving complete decentralization of the game evolution in the near future.

Web3 Gamified fitness app bridging both worlds: Real and Metaverse

JustMOVE ® is a Web3 Game Fitness app that rewards Players’ activities with MKI tokens, NFTs and Climate rewards when they move in the real world and the Metaverse.

Motivate and Reward Players

The concept is relatively new and aims to motivate and reward Players for staying fit by participating in their usual physical activities or participating in specific fitness-related challenges.

JustMOVE uses the Move and Earn concept to create a unique gamified fitness ecosystem, combining real-world and Metaverse fitness activities and rewarding Players for adopting active lifestyles.

Protect Information and Data

The JustMOVE application takes all reasonable steps to protect Players' information and data privacy. The Players control their personal information and decide what they want to share. No information is shared without the Player's consent.

Privacy settings

In the privacy section of the application, the Player selects the privacy settings.

• Hide the map of his activities.

• Hide his location.

• Share his activities with other Players according to his choice: everyone, limited to certain Players, to friends only, only for him.

NFT Health Center

NFT Health Center grants ownership of a parcel in the Metaverse equipped with a Health Center, granting access to the real estate game in the JustMOVE Metaverse. The NFT owner will partner with JustMOVE to develop his center, unlock badges to expand his center and offer it for hosting coach(es).

NFT Activity Validators

NFT Activity Validator is limited in number and grants holders with the status of Activity Validator, meaning a role of overseeing game integrity and ensuring fair play across the ecosystem. Validators will report suspicious activities and frauds and vote on flags raised by other Validators. To compensate their effort, they will be paid in accordance with their activity level and accuracy of flags raised as further described in this program.

NFT Tournament Access Pass

NFT Tournament Access Pass grants holders the access to Health Tournaments' without any additional purchases. There are 4 categories of Tournament Access Passes that will be presold and targeting particular access levels:

• Common: grants access to one monthly JustMOVE tournaments;

• Rare: grants access to all JustMOVE tournaments;

• Epic: grants access to all JustMOVE tournaments plus a Sponsored tournament;

• Legendary: grants access to all tournaments including the Sponsored ones.

NFT Tournament Access Passes are sold in a limited number for each of the above mentionned categories. Afterwards, the only way to participate in a particular tournament is through the purchase of this tournament particular NFT Access Pass

NFT AI Studio

The NFT AI Studio grants ownership to an AI audio content studio ready to create scenario-based fitness audio such as the Prison Break, available in JustMOVE scenarios. Owners can host multiple Creators in their studio, as long as the Creator is approved by the team in a first stage and later on by the Validators to ensure a decentralized approach. There is a limited number of NFT AI Studio that will be released in the game.

Empowering Social Motivation

The JustMOVE application offers a news feed that publishes Players' activities and accomplishments. Players can like, comment, share and view each post in detail.

The feed also includes status updates, photos, VR fitness gaming clips, videos, links, races, and groups to follow on JustMOVE, providing an effective way for Players to interact and empowering social motivation to achieve fitness goals.

3 Notification Systems

The application integrates 3 notification systems to communicate with the Players of the application:

1. Push Notifications: messages are sent directly to a Player's mobile device.

2. In-App Notifications: messages are displayed on the application's homepage.

3. Pop-Up Notifications: messages are displayed in a full-screen format in the JustMOVE application.

To respect Players’ privacy, the application does not communicate any notifications between 9 pm (21h00) and 8 am, based on the Player's location. Depending on the Player's preferences, notifications in the application can be enabled or disabled.

JustMOVE tokenomics are designed so that Actors in the ecosystem get the means to participate in the evolution of the ecosystem while enjoying the game and earning revenues for their efforts when servicing the community.

We have designed the tokenomics with a mindset of fair compensation, decentralization and sustainability over the longer term. What is a Player in JustMOVE?

Players are users who install JustMove to move and earn.

Reward System

The Motivator Program is a reward system made available for Players that want to promote an active lifestyle and health awareness to their referred members.

In order to participate in this Program, all you need to do is to enroll and start inviting friends to join JustMOVE and adopt an active lifestyle.

Your objective as a Motivator is to grow your organization, motivate your community to move more, and actively participate in health events.

Get Paid with MKI Tokens

In exchange for your motivational support to the community of Players you referred, you get MKI tokens among other rewards every month.

The more involved you are in the program, the more MKI tokens you will earn on a recurring basis.

Monitoring Tools

At any time, a Motivator can see all his referred Players in his organization and get access to a comprehensive dashboard.

The dashboard allows Motivators to see the activity level of the people within their organization, and you will have all the tools and metrics to fulfill your role as a Motivator by inviting them to move more and actively participate in the organized health events.

Motivator Points (MPs)

Each month, Motivators will earn Motivator Points (MPs) based on the type of motivational activities they have done.

The points earned by each Motivator will be divided by the total points earned by all Motivators to determine the percentage of the PRIZE POOL reserved for Motivators.

What is a Validator in JustMOVE?

Validators oversee the integrity and fair play of the game and ensure transparent decision-making is taken in a decentralized manner. They will play a major role overseeing the anti-cheating system and reporting suspicious activities. Once reported by an Activity Validator, the verdict is managed in a decentralized manner through a voting system among all validators. The outcome of the vote is determined through the majority and considered then to be the truth.

How to become a Validator?

Any Player wanting to become a Validator needs first to purchase a Validator NFT. JustMOVE will release a limited number of NFTs progressively into the market with a cap on the overall releasable NFTs.

Once the NFT is purchased, Validator activity level along with the ranking system will ensure that all holders are playing their role in the best interest of the community.

How can Validators accomplish their role?

Activities' Validators will have access to a special mode in the gaming app where they can check users' data integrity that generates rewards. They will have to assess the feasibility of activities claimed by Players and report cheating behavior. In the case that a Validator detects a fraud/cheating, he will submit the activity along with his conclusions to all Validators for voting.

Complementary roles

Validators will play a key role in the decentralization of JustMOVE. Further down the road, they will be voting on other decision making requiring transparency and avoidance of subjectivity. For instance, Creators joining our studios will be accepted based on their merits/work rather than in a subjective manner and always in the best interest of the community.

Commission and Pool

Earn up to 10% of your network qualifying transactions in MKI tokens. Additionally, you will have access to a bonus pay based on the Ambassador Points you have earned: a prorated portion of the dedicated Motivators Prize Pool.

Content Creation Studio

JustMOVE's AI Studio allows creators to design game fitness audios to create races with scenarios within the JustMOVE app.

Using Artificial Intelligence

JustMOVE is the only fitness app in the world that uses artificial intelligence to generate dynamic audio when a Player moves in the real world.

• The integration is so powerful that it's almost impossible to tell the difference between the voice generated by artificial intelligence and that of a human.

• Players who want to be more motivated can activate personalized audio coaching. Depending on their goals and results, the coach will produce coaching audios tailored to each individual.

• This intelligence also allows the creation of personalized audio content for each participant in real time.

Dynamically driven voice content

A contextual thematic scenario with dynamically driven voice content that is displayed according to the Player's position within the scenario.

Purpose of the Point System

The Point system is a mechanism of evaluating each Validator contribution into the ecosystem. The Point system grants higher ranking for active validators that are positively contributing to keeping up with fairness and integrity of the Game.

Valid and False Flags

At the beginning all Validators start the game with a score of 0 points. As the game progresses, they will win/lose Points that would be the basis for the calculation of their rewards.

Validators signaling a valid flag (decentralized Validators' consensus declares the reported Activity in breach of the rules and terms) earn 10 Validators' points.

Validators signaling a false flag (decentralized Validators consensus declares the reported Activity as conform to the rules and terms) lose 10 Validators' points.

Earning More Points

The more active the Validators, the more accurate their flags are, and the more points they earn.

If a Validator gets his points below an acceptable threshold, he will be temporarily banned from validating and voting.

Pay from a dedicated price pool

Validators get paid in MKI token from a reserved Validator Price Pool. Their points will determine their share from within the pool since the sharing will be performed on a monthly basis and on a prorated basis.

For each Validator, the monthly average of the last 3 month of Points will be determined . The Validator Points divided by all Validator Points will be his share of the Price Pool.

The Players need to OWN a NFT Activity validator and connect in app and report cheater and problem to get Validator points and get paid.

The more active the Validator, the more accurate his calls, and the more Points he will accumulate meaning a larger piece of the Pool, as always based on merit.

JustMOVE team is engaged toward the long-term viability of the Project and the decentralization of the governance. We strive to make all game related decision-making decentralized and independent from the core team.

Activity Validators are a perfect example of this approach since they will be the ones overseeing the fair gameplay and eventually approving new comers to the ecosystem, such as the Creators.

It is anticipated that further down the road, a governance token will be issued to support the decentralization of decision making and the future evolutions to the game.

What is it?

Players that purchase an NFT AI Studio would have ownership of an AI Studio that could host Creators. Studio owners will be compensated made in finding Creators adding value to the scenario based events.

How to participate?

Simply put, all you need to do for now is to purchase an NFT Ai Studio . As the number of NFTs is limited, interested Players should follow our news to be among the first to purchase .The price will automatically increase as we release more and more NFTs.

Waiting List

Each NFT AI Studio will have the chance to assign one or more Creators to develop scenario-based content for fitness journeys. Also, we provide a waiting list for those Studio Owners that didn't find at least a Creator for their Studio. When the specific position comes up, JustMOVE will propose a Creator to be assigned to your Studio and you will have the option to accept or refuse. In the case of refusal, the next Owner in the list will have priority, and so on and so forth.

AI Studio Owner Pay

Studio owners get paid as follows:

• 10% of the MKIs paid by Players to all Creators assigned to their Studio;

• A percentage of the pay from the Creator Prize Pool of their assigned Creators.

Health Center Owners

Owners are Players that want to access the real estate game in the JustMOVE Metaverse and participate in the development of their health center making it more attractive and bringing plus-value to our community. Owners can expand their center through the unlocking of gameplay badges allowing them to eventually license it to more coach(es).

What is a Creator in JustMOVE?

Creators are Players that actively participate in the evolution of fitness scenarios available in the game. They use AI Studios from their assigned Owners to create and publish dynamically-driven content, creating enhanced fitness scenarios such as the JustMOVE prison break.

How to earn revenues?

Health Centers owners get revenues from:

• Host(s) renting their space to perform coaching services;

• Ads posted in premium locations inside their Center;

• A portion of the dedicated liquidity pool.

Boost Your Pay

Owners can develop their own Centers by adding artwork, special designs and offering added-value content and services. They can integrate collectibles from JustMOVE to uplift their health center, making it more attractive to coach(es) and advertising. As your commission fee from sales is linked to the Metaverse Price Pool, a higher quality health center will generate higher ratings and accordingly increased bonus payments.

Furthermore, by actively participating to the gameplay, you will be able to discover and unlock hidden badges granting upgrades to you Center, allowing you to eventually host more than a coach at a time.

What is the Metaverse Point System?

The Metaverse Point System is a scoring system granting points to the dedicated coach spaces within the Metaverse and used when calculating each coach portion of the dedicated Metaverse Price Pool. Metaverse Points (MvP) are granted to coaches on a monthly basis and the scoring takes in consideration the following items:

• Unique visitors to your hosted Space;

• Repeat visitors;

• Duration of visits.

Each month, you will earn a percentage of the Metaverse Price Pool that equals your MvP average of the last three months divided by the total MvPs average of the same period.

How does it work?

The Creator Point System (CPS) is a scoring system granting points to each Creator based on the use of their scenario-based fitness content. The points are calculate following the below criterias:

• Unique Players running their content;

• The frequency of use by Players;

• The total consumption time of their content.

Each month, you will earn a percentage of the Creator Prize Pool that equals your CPS average of the last three months divided by the total CPS average for the same period.

What is it?

Metaverse as a Service(MaaS) is a turn-key solution offered to coaches that want to access the digital space and diversify their revenue streams. We offer a solution specifically adapted to making your digital presence unique with access to a community of potential clients with high interest in fitness and health. Opt-in to become a Coach in the Metaverse assisting JustMOVE community enhancing its lifestyle.

How to participate?

MaaS is a turn-key solution and any qualified coach will get matched to a host, a dedicated space in a Health Center that fits their needs. Coaches can customize their space and adapt them to their coaching activities and desired ambiance. The more attractive your space and the more added-value services you can offer, the more potential clients would be attracted to your space and the more derived sales will occur.

Who is part of the Team?

• Developers: they are the brain behind the game and bare the responsibility of developing the gameplay and adding features to the community.

• Advisors: they are highly skilled persons in different business areas and in Web3/blockchain guiding the rest of the Team in their specific area of expertise.

What is it?

Each NFT Health Center grants ownership of a parcel in the Metaverse equipped with a health Center. The NFT owner will partner with JustMOVE to develop his center and offer it for hosting coach(es).

How to participate?

Simply put, all you need to do for now is to purchase an NFT health Center. As the number of health centers is limited, interested Players should follow our news to be among the first to purchase the NFTs. The price will automatically increase as we release more and more NFTs.

When can you join?

NFT Health Centers are released progressively into the game with a first batch to be made available throughout March and April 2023. The first comers will benefit from a lower purchase price.

Overall, we have capped the number of health centers that could be released in the game. Once the cap is reached, sales of NFTs health Centers will be closed and the only way to get hold of such NFT would be through purchasing it in secondary markets.

Waiting List

Each NFT Health center owner will have the chance to either rent himself the space to a coach of his choice or to get a position on the waiting list of JustMOVE. When the specific position comes up, JustMOVE will propose a coach to rent the space and Owner will have the option to accept or refuse. In the case of refusal, the next Owner in the list will have priority, and so on and so forth.

Earn revenues in the Metaverse

As a coach in the Metaverse you will earn the following revenues:

• Service fees charged to the clients;

• Sales of Ads promoted in your space;

• A portion from the Metaverse Price Pool prorated to your Metaverse Points (MvP) as explained in the Metaverse Point System section.

How to get XP Points

The Player gets XP Experience Points every time he earns an achievement badge or progresses through each of the 54 levels in the JustMOVE app (GameFi).

He can also earn XP Experience Points by sharing his progress on social networks, motivating people in the application and inviting his friends to use the application (SocialFi). XP Experience Points cannot be exchanged.

XP Experience Points are awarded to Players when they use the app to move and/or contribute to the JustMOVE community. The points are not redeemable.

Participate in ECO challenges

ECO Green Points are awarded to Players when they participate in green challenges in the app.

How does Brands engage with the community?

Brands are organizations seeking to engage with JustMOVE community through sponsorship of events and immersive experiences in the Metaverse.

Brands could engage with the community by sponsoring Health Tournaments and/or special events taking place in the Metaverse. The Metaverse offers them a way to immerse players with their products and services.

Creators Pay

Creators can publish either free to use content or private content made accessible through payments in MKI tokens. Here are the different ways for them to get paid:

• 80% of the MKIs paid by Players to access their private content;

• A percentage of the Creator Prize Pool calculated based on their points.

More than 50 Badges

There are more than 50 Badges in the Ecosystem, and new ones are created to reflect the evolution of the JustMOVE game. Players can earn badges by completing challenges in the application. Each Badge has its difficulty level (ranging from 1 to 5) that rewards accordingly.

Sharing, Commenting, and Liking

Our feed is the constantly updated list of stories in the middle of your home page. The feed includes status updates, photos, videos, links, app activities and likes from people, pages and groups that you follow on JustMOVE.

Planting trees in the World

When the Players complete a certain number of steps, they receive an Eco Reward in the form of a tree planted in their name.

With the JustMOVE application, the Player can decide where in the world he wants to plant his trees and follow his ecological impact in real-time by getting the number of KG of CO2 that his trees have absorbed.

Perfect Ecosystem

54 levels and 10 game ranks

The JustMOVE app contains 54 levels shared between 10 game ranks in which Players evolve.

The Player's level is determined by how many XP Experience Points they have. When a Level-up occurs, the Player gets rewarded with JustMOVE Points as a recognition of his loyalty recognizing his experience in the JustMOVE Ecosystem.

In the JustMOVE Marketplace

NFT assets are collectible items that Players can purchase in the JustMOVE marketplace with their MKI tokens.

Reward Utility Token

The MKI is a reward utility token using the ERC-20 standard running under a carbon-negative blockchain.

Walking or biking instead of using your car

JustMove offers additional Eco rewards when users replace their motorized commute to work with walking or biking.

In just a few minutes, the player can configure their reward settings to determine their home and office location, and the app will verify and calculate the amount of carbon offsets the player has earned for their activity and receive Eco rewards.

Plogging activities

Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter (merging the Swedish verbs plocka upp (pick up) and jogga (jog) gives the new Swedish verb plogga, from which the word plogging derives).

As a workout, it provides variation in body movements by adding bending, squatting and stretching to the main action of running, hiking, or walking.

Plogging is considered a perfect activity, as it is positive both for the body, and for the environment.

When a player completes a plogging activity, he or she shares it on the JustMOVE social feed along with photos of his or her results and earns Eco rewards.

Health tournaments are an excellent way to encourage the community to move more and have a chance of collecting prizes and MKI tokens.

Tournaments are organized by JustMOVE or a Sponsor. While some tournaments are accessible without any pre-requisite, most tournament are accessible through the purchase of an NFT Access Pass.

How are prized granted?

While each tournament might have specific rules, most tournaments have prize pools that will be announced at the beginning of the tournament. A prize pool determines the distribution of the prizes among participants. The outcome of the tournament is determined by each participant rank and a raffle to ensure everyone that made an effort has a chance of winning.

In order to increase your chances of winning, you will need to redeem on a daily basis a limited number of JustMOVE points into tickets. We cap the conversion per day in most tournaments to allow a fair chance for all of our active community to win. A final raffle will determine the winners.

Multi-Purpose Events

Sponsored Tournaments are events organized with Sponsors to further motivate Players to move, accumulate points, and exchange them for tournament tickets (Raffle entries). The more tickets and the more chances to win prizes.

Participants can play tournaments either alone or in a Group formula. To be eligible for Premium Quest Bonus prizes in the tournament, Players must achieve Quests. At the end of the tournament, a Raffle will determine the winners.

Fitness mini-challenges

Quests are mini-challenges with specific fitness objectives to achieve. Prizes are drawn through Raffles for each Quest. In some tournaments, successful Quests participants will be eligible for a bonus prize.

What are JustMOVE Tournaments?

JustMOVE tournaments are organized by the team with the aim of getting Players motivated to move more and earn more. Each month starting in February 2023, we will have at least one free tournament and starting in Q2/2023 at least one tournament accessible through an NFT access Pass.

Accessibility Collectibles

NFT Access Pass is a collectible granting access to restricted areas and activities in the JustMOVE ecosystem. Most tournaments require participants to have a tournament NFT Access Pass. On a broader level, Access Passes are available for granting access to private video and audio content, private lounges in the Metaverse, M2E quests accessible in the Metaverse, and live special events.

NFT Access Passes are available in our Marketplace and on our partners' marketplace.

When creating your group to participate in the tournament, you can choose either the Kombat or Friendly formula.

Social Motivational Support

Friendly mode is meant for participants who would like to split equally all prizes won at the tournament raffle by the group's tournament tickets.

Higher achievements

The group formula is meant for participants forming or joining small groups, from 2 to 10 Players, to interact and encourage each other in achieving the best outcome. Groups can be in Kombat or Friendly modes.

To Increase Competitiveness

Kombat mode is meant for participants competing against each other in the group formula in order to rank in first position(s) and win the group's ticket pool prizes.

To Incentivize Fitness Activities.

An in-app challenge created by a Player to challenge another to achieve it in order to unlock a Gift.

Health Challenges are designed to encourage Players to move more, thanks to motivational support coming from communities, friends and families. There are 3 main categories of challenges.

One-On-One Challenges are meant for a Player to challenge another to complete a fitness quest and get rewarded. In this case, the reward is placed in escrow by the challenger in the JustMOVE platform and will be automatically released to the challenged Player upon successful completion. JustMOVE receives a fee for this service.

Group Challenges are meant for a group to stimulate all members to succeed in a fitness quest in order to share a reward. Similar to the One-On-One challenge, JustMOVE manages the challenge and related gifts kept in escrow and released upon completion. We also collect fees for the services provided.

Branded Challenges are meant for Brands and health Ambassadors/Influencers. They allow NFT Access Pass holders access to restricted areas and content as well as participation in associated Health Tournament. JustMOVE provides a turn-key solution to Brand Challenges encompassing provision of the appropriate environment, quests, and health tournament and generates a 10% fee from the sales of the NFT Access Passes.

Based on Group Motivation

An in-app challenge created by a Player to engage a group of friends with a Gift granted upon completion.

Record data on the blockchain

JustMOVE is the only fitness app to offer players the ability to save their Real and Virtual World fitness data on the blockchain.

JustMOVE uses asymmetric encryption to encrypt player data before saving it on the blockchain.

Benefits

Using encryption, the publicly accessible information on the blockchain is encrypted, preventing anyone without the secret key from interpreting the information.

The data is distributed over millions of computers ensuring the decentralization of the data. The player will be able to find his fitness data for eternity.

To Monitor Cheating

Three mechanisms are used to monitor cheating in the JustMOVE application. Cheaters detected may lose their rewards.

1. GPS tracking and analysis with artificial intelligence to detect anomalies such as the use of a motor vehicle;

2. Motion sensor and health data integrated into the mobile application;

3. Machine learning to detect cheating through data simulation.

NFT Activities Validators

Furthermore, to ensure fair gaming practices are followed, Validators will play an instrumental role in the decentralized assessment of compliance.

Validators have the responsibility to use the JustMOVE provided tools in order to detect fraudulent or suspicious activities performed by Players that break the rules of the gameplay.

Disciplinary measures

If a Validator has reasonable doubts that a Player conducted unfair gaming practices, he shall submit the evidence to all other validators for voting.

When more than 50% of the votes assess that the Player conducted unfair gaming practices, the following actions are taken:

• Retrieving JustMOVE points from the Player’s account;

• Disqualifying the Player from a potential reward/prize;

• Suspending Player’s account;

• Banning the account.

2 Payment Methods

In-game items refer to buying products and services within the JustMOVE app. The authorized payment methods are JustMOVE Points and MKI tokens.

The Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is a reward system available to persons who wish to promote JustMOVE through social media, blogging and/or hosting AMA sessions.

Everyone is honored to be an Ambassador of JustMOVE and has an opportunity to get the rewards from tasks at range of MKI and USDT token. The only thing is to want to do it and to be active in the project.

How to Participate?

1. Fill out the APPLICATION FORM to register and wait for the team to review and approve.

2. When you are officially an Ambassador, you can view the weekly tasks/monthly tasks, etc. After claiming the tasks and completing the tasks, you can get corresponding rewards by earning Ambassador Points (AM).

Ambassador Types & Requirements

Promotion Ambassador

• Simultaneous promotion of JustMOVE information from owned media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

• Ability to create content, share JustMOVE related tutorials, user experience, technical analysis, multilingual translation, and other types of content, including but not limited to posters, videos, articles, etc.

• Participate in community interaction, enhance community activity and consensus, and positively guide the community.

• Online and offline activities such as hosting salons and AMAs to let more people know about and join the JustMOVE community.

Business Ambassador

• Have certain business communication skills.

• Participate in the promotion of JustMOVE products, including but not limited to exchanges, project parties, asset management, and communities, etc.

• Participate in the expansion and maintenance of regional or national regional channels.

• Establish strategic partnerships with industries in fitness, brands, Web3 games and the metaverse.

• Online and offline activities such as hosting salons and AMAs to let more people know about and join the JustMOVE community.

The Business Ambassador program will start in February 2023.

Ambassador Star Ranking System

Ambassadors are rated with a 5-Star system to determine their level of involvement and earn BONUS rewards.

How does the star system work?

For each Ambassador, on the first day of each month, the total of their Ambassador Points for the last 3 months is accumulated.

An overall ranking including all active Ambassadors is then displayed.

The Ambassador who has the highest total of Ambassador Points is positioned first and leader of the ranking.

The Ambassador with the lowest total points is ranked last in the ranking.

Depending on his position in the ranking and the number of active Ambassadors, the number of Stars and BONUSES are determined as follows :

5-Star

Is ranked in the top 5% of Ambassadors in the overall ranking and earns a BONUS equal to 100% of his MKI and USDT token rewards at the time of his performance calculation.

4-Star

Ranked between the top 6% and 20% of Ambassadors in the overall ranking and earns a BONUS equal to 50% of his MKI and USDT token rewards at the time of his performance calculation.

3-Star

Ranked between the top 21% and 40% of Ambassadors in the overall ranking and earns a BONUS equal to 25% of his MKI and USDT token rewards at the time of his performance calculation.

2-Star

Ranked between 41% and 79% of Ambassadors in the overall ranking and earns a BONUS equal to 10% of his MKI and USDT token rewards at the time of his performance calculation.

1-Star

Ranked in the bottom 20% of Ambassadors in the overall ranking. NO BONUS.

To better understand the ranking, here is an example:

Imagine that 100 Ambassadors are ranked according to their total Ambassador Points accumulated in the last 3 months.

The top 5% of Ambassadors who will get a 5-star rating are the top 5 out of 100. If there were 1000 Ambassadors, it would be the top 50.

5% of a total of 1000 Ambassadors = 50 Ambassadors.

And so on.

What Will You Get?

The minimum TOTAL prize pool is $10,000 in MKI and USDT for each month. It increases with the number of active Ambassadors and is announced at the beginning of each month.

We will rank Ambassadors’ achievements on a monthly basis.

Rewards are monthly payments, paid on the 15th of each month, based on Ambassadors' contributions and performance.

How does it work?

Choose to accomplish any task from the available categories of the Ambassador Program, and you will receive the corresponding rewards based on your performance.

There is no limit on the number of activities to be performed, but you will need to do high-quality work as you project the image of JustMOVE.

Ambassadors must submit a report with results and supporting evidence for each selected category to the MOD on the JustMove Discord at least five days before the end of each month. It is strongly encouraged that Ambassadors remain active within the JustMove Discord group.

All the quality of the posts and content need to be verified and approved by the JustMOVE Official Team. All decision rights are served by the JustMOVE Official Team.

Notes

1. All tasks are monthly-based not quantity based. Take AMA as an example, 4 AMAs (with ≥10,000 members for each DC or TG) will get 100AM for that month, no more rewards on additional activities.

2. Bounties will be paid on the 15th of each month, which means before the end of each month (at least five days ahead) please hand in a report with results and proof on each category and send it to our MOD in discord for verification.

3. Any repeat link or claim will be verified and payment will be invalid for that month.

4. Any detection of using bots under any of the categories will also disable the payment as well.

Ambassador Points (AMs)

Each month, Ambassadors will accumulate Ambassador Points (AMs) based on the tasks they have completed and been approved for by the team.

The points accumulated by each Ambassador will be divided by the total points accumulated by all Ambassadors to determine the percentage of the PRIZE POOL reserved for Ambassadors.

No Tokens Pre-Sale

We did not rely on pre-sale tokens to raise the initial funding for the project.

This strategy, combined with our Ambassador and Motivators programs, is far more valuable on the long run, both for marketing and for the sustainability of the company, generating revenues for true believers in our cause and real-added value brought to JustMOVE community.

Tokenomics Strategy

JustMOVE's tokenomics strategy is based on the fundamental business principle of providing superior products and services that generate profits, with stakeholders happy to pay the right price for high-value benefits.

Our tokenomics is designed so that most of the tokens distributed are supported with revenue generated from the value-added products and services provided to Players. As discussed in more detail, a significant portion of the revenue is used to redeem tokens, fund liquidity pools and reward players.

Reversing the Paradigm

This last element is of utmost importance because, unlike other projects, player utility tokens are distributed after revenue generation, thus reversing the paradigm of distributing tokens for the purpose of generating revenue.

The initial distribution of tokens comes out of our internal marketing budget for project promotion and therefore does not affect the fundamental tokenomics we have in place.

Green, cheaper and faster

Polygon, formerly the Matic network, is an innovative protocol and development tool that merges the best elements of the Ethereum blockchain and sovereign blockchains into a full-fledged multi-chain system. With the same security and interoperability as the Ethereum blockchain, at the same time, Polygon is cheaper and faster to use.

The current generation of Play-To-Earn games is plagued by high fuel costs and slow transaction speeds, making for a lacklustre gaming experience that can be improved. An ERC20 transaction can take anywhere from five minutes to four hours.

As a popular chain with low fees and fast transaction speed, Polygon is proving to be one of the most promising solutions for Move and Earn and Web3 applications and can handle up to 65,000 transactions per second, compared to Ethereum's 30 transactions per second.

Carbon neutral

Polygon became carbon neutral with the aim to lead the Web3 ecosystem in becoming the first carbon positive in 2022.

The Polygon network announced on April 19 of 2022, its commitment to become carbon-neutral and climate positive by releasing its Green Manifesto: A Smart Contract with Planet Earth. It also committed $20 million to offset its carbon footprint and purchase additional credits to become carbon neutral.

This means that every transaction, NFT that is minted, DeFi trade, token connected to the network, among others, will be accounted for and rewarded for its environmental impact. Polygon plans to become the first blockchain to be climate positive.

Utility Token

The MKI token is a reward fungible utility token using the ERC-20 standard running under the Polygon protocol.

A fungible token is an asset that is interchangeable with tokens of the same type so that one MKI Token always has the same value and properties as any other single MKI Token.

The total supply of MKI has been set at 6,000,000,000 tokens.

Utility Token

The use cases for MKI utility tokens will constantly evolve over the next few years. Here are some of its initial functionalities.

• Holders of MKI utility tokens will be able to unlock items, purchase NFTs and participate in special game modes. They can also be used to purchase products and services on the JustMOVE Marketplace.

• They will access private areas in the Metaverse and unlock key passes to Live Events such as local marathons for example.

• In addition, holders will be able to receive discounts on Partners programs and services and participate in special Prize-rewarding quests or sponsored events.

Earning MKI Tokens

MKI is the utility token at the heart of the JustMOVE ecosystem. Players will receive JustMOVE Points for completing workout-based gameplay, both in the real world and in the Metaverse!

JustMOVE Points are redeemable for MKI utility tokens.

As players complete health challenges, complete special quests, and participate in sponsored events and tournaments, they can earn additional MKI tokens.

These MKI utility tokens can be used to unlock items, purchase NFTs and participate in special game modes. They can also be used to purchase products and services on the JustMOVE Marketplace.

Supply and Allocation

The total supply of MKI is 6,000,000,000 tokens; all minted at once with the allocation within a total of 11 pools. The supply will be distributed in multiple phases for different purposes.

See: Token Release Schedule section for further details. No burning and extra minting are permitted, so the supply will be fixed.

Seed Investors and Public Sales

During its private sale, JustMove will sell to financial and strategic investors.

At its public sale on centralized and decentralized exchange networks, JustMove will sell additional MKI Tokens to its fans, supporters and followers.

Community and Team

The community allocation is for early blockchain/crypto community contributors, including beta users, technical audits, code reviews, network stability, and voting rewards.

The team allocation ensures the participation and influence of JustMove's key partners in its blockchain and NFT-based ecosystem. In addition, it encourages current and future team members by rewarding them for their dedication and perseverance in innovating and realizing JustMove's grand vision.

Advisors and Ambassadors

The Advisors and Ambassadors allocation is reserved to reward Advisors and Ambassadors who support the project and its evolution.

Treasury and DEX Liquidity

The Ecosystem / liquid assets allocation is dedicated to the JustMove ecosystem, key partnerships and growth opportunities - in particular: developers, content creators, technology providers, operational supporters and beta testers of developments.

The allocation also contributes to cash flow by providing liquidity in cash pools, milestone rewards, and maintaining a reserve to cover unexpected situations.

Move and Earn

The Move and Earn stipend is distributed to in-app users at certain levels when they move and released over 36 months.

Multiple advantages and benefits

By staking their MKI utility tokens, Players can earn privileges, rewards, and unlock limitations to access VIP lounges in the Metaverse.

In addition, depending on the roles played, each Player has specific privileges when staking MKI utility tokens. For instance, an Ambassador will earn a higher portion of the Ambassador pool when his tokens are staked.

Liquidity Providers can stake their liquidity tokens to earn rewards from DeFi transaction fees, rewards from NFT transaction fees, and exclusive NFT sales.

For example, when a limited edition collectible is made available, the more MKI tokens you have staked, the earlier your access (whitelisting, earlier access to the auction room etc).

Limiting Token Distribution

It is important to note that, like Play-To-Earn, there are several mechanisms for limiting token distribution in JustMove.

These mechanisms actively support the value of the tokens by limiting their distribution.

A maximum of JustMOVE points can be exchanged each day for MKI tokens.

To get more, a player must participate in tournaments, play in the Metaverse and/or buy entry tickets for the many contests and mystery boxes.

Long-term commitments

JustMove has a long-term view of its application and future innovations. Therefore, the lock-in periods and vesting schedules reflect long-term commitments and sustainable value creation for all partners involved in the JustMove ecosystem.

Acquisition periods ensure aligned network economics and close alignment with JustMove's preliminary product launch schedule.

Several Revenue Models

The JustMove application has several revenue models; some payments are received by credit card and others in cryptocurrencies.

• The first element supporting the value of the tokens is the redistribution of part of the revenue generated by the application to redeem tokens in the markets.

• The other is to reward liquidity providers and users staking their tokens for a long time.

• Redeeming a token results in increasing its value in the marketplace.

• Money inflows from outdoors the application. Unlike most Play-to-Earn or Move-to-Earn applications, JustMove does not generate revenue solely from in-app users.

• The marketing of paid services to companies and fees from Tournaments that inject new funds into the application is an important aspect that sets JustMove apart.
