Training an NFT Hero to earn rewards

Once minted, the NFT Hero can generate rewards in Jmove utility tokens based on two criteria: Cardio and Speed.

To obtain or increase the NFT Hero's Cardio and Speed, he must go to the virtual training room to keep in shape.

Hearts represent Cardio.. If the NFT Hero has no Hearts, the user will not receive any Jmove utility tokens rewards, even if they move outdoors. However, the user will receive XP experience points. Exchanging (burning) Jmove utility tokens will earn Hearts. Each Heart allows the user to obtain rewards per km travelled depending on the difficulty level. If the user travels multiple miles, the NFT Hero must have multiple Hearts. In addition, if the user remains inactive without using the application, the NFT Hero will gradually go out of shape. The user will lose one Heart per day of inactivity. Hearts cannot be sold or traded with the NFT Hero.

Lightning Bolts represent SPEED. Speed increases the amount of rewards the user receives from outdoor activities. An NFT Hero can train and accumulate up to 100 Lightning Bolts. Each Lightning Bolt increases the reward by 1%. So if the NFT Hero has 25 Lightning Bolts, the reward from the outdoor activities is automatically increased by 25%. Once achieved, a Speed level is permanent and does not need to be renewed or maintained. Speed is very profitable and should be part of every self-respecting NFT Hero's arsenal. Burn Jmove utility tokens to obtain Lightning Bolts. Lightning Bolts cannot be sold or traded with the NFT Hero.
